Services
We deliver a full service that takes your raw fruit and turns it into a tasty, pasteurized, packaged juice ready for store shelves. We specialize in making attractive, marketable products to add value to your current sales.
We arrive at your location with our mobile juicing machine, connect to your potable water source and away we go.

Pressing: Apples & Pears
Bring your fruit in full or half bins to the machine and load it onto the bin-tipper (Yes, we have a bin-tipper!). The fruit is tipped into a basin of water for a good soak and rinsed again on the way up the conveyor. Then it drops into the grinder and directly onto the belt press which does all the hard work for us. The fruit mash is pressed at approximately 30 psi through a fine mesh belt and pumped into the holding tanks, passing through one more gravity-fed filter to reduce sediment.
Bulk juice is pumped into IBC tanks for further treatment, or juice destined for consumption is then pasteurized and packaged.
Fresh, crunchy apples give the best yield and lowest sediment so please choose your apples wisely. We can process up to 3200 pounds of apples per hour.
Pasteurizing
Pasteurizing means making your juice safe for consumption by heating up the juice to eliminate potentially harmful pathogens and spoilage microorganisms. The specialized Flash Pasteurization (also known as HTST, High Temperature, Short Time) that we use results in a 99.999% reduction of bacteria and keeps the juice tasting super fresh. We pasteurize sufficiently to allow a one year shelf life.
We pasteurize 1,200 L/hour!

De-Stoning / Pureeing
The de-stoning machine separates the flesh from pit of the fruit, leaving a thick puree. That puree can be processed further into juices, jams, spirits, wines or cider. To make the juice, the puree is pumped into 1000L tanks and treated with an enzyme that helps to separate the juice from the pulp. Let it rest a day and we come back to take the tasty juice and put it through the next stage of pasteurization and packaging.
We can de-stone up to 1400 lb/hr depending on the quality and variety of fruit.
Packaging
We pride ourselves on being flexible with your packaging needs and use only trusted suppliers to ensure proper preservation and presentation. Boxes are store-shelf ready with room for your personal labels.
Our standard design provides some necessary information, but we always leave room on the juice boxes for your personal labels and nutritional information if required.
The one-way valve prolongs the shelf life of the juice after opening for two months because no air enters the bag while pouring which can contaminate the juice. This makes larger formats more attractive as consumers have longer to consume them and they are more eco-friendly.
We can package about 1500L/hour and offer 1.75L, 3L, 5L bag-in-box packaging that is CFIA certified. Bottling service is considerably more tedious, and we do not stock bottles or caps. Our bottling line can accommodate 0.75 – 2L size bottles and production time is reduced to approximately 500L/hr.
